Shipping Policy

Please allow for up to three days in order processing as we are a small business. We ship through USPS usually and this could take anywhere from 5-14 business days typically to get to you, sometimes longer if you reside outside of the continental US. All US shipping is free. There is a set shipping rate for all international shipping. We do ship direct from warehouses in some cases (dropship) depending on the item ordered and inventory we have available on hand. If your ordered is not recieved within the 14 business day window, please contact us at info@allebee.com to inquire about your order with the order number. Couriers can lose packages. You will recieve a full refund on a lost package. You will recieve a future use discount on a late package. This discount/refund is not automatic. You must contact our team to alert them to an issue when if/when one arises.
